The full range is made up of the below items which you use a combination of, depending on your needs;

4 Yeasts (Whiskey, Rum, Vodka and Gin)
2 Nutrients (Dark Spirits and Light Spirits)
2 Enzymes (Glucoamylase and High Temperature Alpha-amylase)

A particularly clean active dried yeast, especially selected for Gin production.
This strain gives a neutral congener profile, making clean and crisp spirit alcohol perfect for showcasing your botanicals.

Sufficient for : Up to 25 lt
Alcohol Tolerance: 18% ABV
Attenuation: 70 – 100 % (Low – High)
Floccuation Rate: Low

Application:
For fermentation of sugar, potato or grain mash for distillation of Gin spirit using the Turbo 500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with either the Turbo 500 Stainless Steel Condenser or Turbo 500 Copper Condenser.

Instructions:
Add directly to fermentation vessel and leave to ferment at 12-32C ambient air temperature for optimum performance and quality.
