According to legend this drink has its origins in the Caribbean dating back to the 17th century. It’s delicious simply over ice, frequently used as an ingredient for cocktails, but most commonly severed with fresh milk and ice.
Yields 1125 ml. when mixed.
Instructions:
50ml liqueur essence
175g sugar
80ml liquid glucose
650ml 40% vodka
top up to 1125ml with water.
Mix together and shake well.
