Morgan’s Finishing Hops contain 12 grams of the freshest select hop pellets of the type specified, uniquely packed in an infusion bag ready for steeping in hot water. With Morgan’s Finishing Hops, you can tailor your beers just right for your taste. The use of the this infusion hop bag is designed to add aroma and flavour to your special beers. To add bittering to beers, the hops have to be actively boiled in water for 30 to 45 minutes which is better done with loose hops.
Carefully remove the inner infusion bag from the outer foil sachet. Place this infusion bag in a cup of boiling water and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Once your brew is mixed and ready for the yeast addition, pour the cup of water including the infusion bag into the fermenter, add the yeast then allow it to ferment with the hop bag in liquid.
