Delivery Policy
Sisam Pty Ltd trading as Aussiebrewer.com.au utilises the services of Australia post for all of its postage and transport requirements.
Items bought through either our internet service or telephone mail order service will be forwarded to the customer via Australia post e-Parcel Service.
The following conditions apply.
1/ Payment for the items must be received before the order will be packed and sent.
2/ All efforts will be made to pack the items in such a way as to reduce the risk of damage whilst in transit however items will travel at the buyers risk. This includes Items Lost or Damaged in transit.
3/ Items can be insured through Australia Post if required and is recomended.
4/ If an order is incorrectly filled and sent by Sisam Pty Ltd all postage costs associated rectifying the order will be the responsibility of Sisam Pty Ltd.
